Painting Collection
A variety of paintings in this collection correlate to a range of times experimenting with different techniques and subjects. I usually paint on recycled materials to ease the pressure of perfection. Most all of these paintings are small scale studies completed in just a few hours. I have selected the paintings that embody the exploration I have been doing within painting the past few years.

Home state of mind, 2022
This canvas sat on my easel for about a year as I continued to paint over three seperate paintings on it. The build up of texture in these under paintings led me to develop this flowy collage of elements from my hometown.

Fly , 2021
The fluid nature of this painting was achieved thorugh the build up of oiled down pigments. I painted this euphoric expression on a free flowing background the day that the 2021 presidential election results were released. I was inspired by the raw hapiness and hope that took over the country that day.
Head full of doubt, 2019
This large scale acrylic painting was a breakthrough piece that got me excited to paint again after taking a break for a few years.
